Okonomiyaki

I love Okonomiyaki.. It is my all time favourite food in Japan.. I could eat it everyday. The best is made in Hiroshima or Osaka.. So I made sure that in Osaka I ate some although it wasn't the best I have ever eaten it did bring back good memories. The problem is I have to wait to go back to Japan to eat some more.. It just doesn't taste the same in Australia... Wish I could cook this at School with Year 10.. Would be a lot of FUN!!!
